3. User Data and Privacy

Your photos and analysis results are stored securely and segregated by user account. Your personal information (email, name, phone number) will be used only for account management and service improvement. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your photographs. By uploading photos to ProTagger, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze the images for the purpose of bib detection.

5. Limitations of Liability

ProTagger is provided "as is" without any warranties. The system uses advanced OCR technology but may not achieve 100% accuracy. You acknowledge that:

• Bib detection results should be verified manually
• The service is not liable for missed or incorrectly identified bibs
• We are not responsible for lost or corrupted data

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Share your account with others
• Overload or attack the service

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue ProTagger at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, ProTagger is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Payment and Fees

ProTagger is provided as a service. Current usage is included with basic accounts. Premium features and usage limits may be subject to fees in the future.

11. Limitations on Data Storage

We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts and associated data after 12 months of inactivity.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
